Spicy&Sweet Pasta


Pasta with a sweet-and-spicy sauce made from chili and carrots.

This recipie was one of those "use what's left in your fridge" recipies that turned out pretty well.


It's pasta with a sweet-hot sauce that tastes a bit unusual, but fits anyways.







Cut carrots into small pieces with a diameter of roughly 5mm, also cut the chili into small pieces. Heat up a pot with oil, add the carrots, chili and let it fry for some minutes. Then add brown sugar and wait for it to caramelise a bit, then add cream. Season with black pepper, salt and italian herbs (like oregano or thyme), let it boil up, mix with your pasta.
