  1. Cook pasta al dente, save a cup of pasta water
  2. Cut broccoli into small pieces and steam
  3. Melt butter and roast cashews till they are brown
  4. Deglaze with the white wine, let it reduce
  5. Add cream and broth, let it boil for a moment
  6. Add pepper, salt and garlic, stir
  7. Add broccoli and pasta, mix thoroughly
  8. Serve!
